Two patients with malignant lymphoma in the medial area of the upper eyelid mimicking medial fat pad prolapse have been reported. Both of them did not notice any eyelid/orbital mass before presentation to us. They were managed with a complete excisional biopsy of the mass, respectively. In both the patients, pathologic results were compatible with extranodal marginal zone lymphoma of mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue.
