Having personally gone through the <a href="https://canadiancentreforaddic....tions.org/aa-12-step twelve steps</a>, I know firsthand how critical it is to address trauma in the healing process. The twelve steps provided me with a structured path to recovery, emphasizing the importance of understanding and managing personal trauma. This new course at MCC will empower professionals with the skills needed to support individuals in crisis effectively.
