Mission 55: Derailment Overview
To unlock this nail-biting mission, complete Mission 54 (Palito Score), after which you'll receive an invitation to enter Trevor's trailer (marked by a "T" on the map).

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Starting the Mission
After the initial cutscene, you'll take control of Trevor. Hop on your dirt bike (Maibatsu Sanchez) and head toward the tracks to the northwest. Once there, chase after the speeding train and keep an eye out for the raised ramps on the right side of the track. These will be vital to your next move.
Jump on the Train
At the right moment, speed up and jump off one of the ramps to land on the moving train car. This jump is tricky and must be done at the right speed and angle. Don't worry if you miss the jump on your first try - you will have another chance. However, successfully jumping on your first try is necessary to complete the mission and get a 100% score.
After successfully landing on the train, carefully ride towards the engine. Once you reach the engine, a cutscene will play, and then you will switch to controlling the train.
Crash the Train
Now that you have control of the train, you don't have to do anything specific except drive forward. Don't try to stop the train; the goal is to get it to crash into another oncoming train, causing a spectacular crash.
Switch to Michael
Now you will control Michael, who is in a boat (the Nagasaki Skiff). Head to a bridge in the distance, where you will witness the collision. Once you reach the yellow van, equip a Sticky Bomb from your inventory, stick it to the car, and then detonate it from a safe distance.
Defend Michael
After detonating the bomb, the mission switches back to Trevor, who must provide cover for Michael while he searches for the cargo. Use Trevor's sniper rifle to shoot down the boats approaching from the right, and use his special ability (Rage Mode) to quickly eliminate the mercenaries.
Enemy helicopters will also arrive, and targeting the pilots is the most effective way to shoot them down. Keep an eye out for enemy snipers on the bridge, and switch to thermal imaging to easily spot and eliminate them.
After dealing with the ground troops and helicopters, Michael will find the cargo and swim towards Trevor.
Escape from the Mercenaries
In the final stage of the mission, you will need to swim down the river while being chased by the mercenaries. It is recommended to play as Trevor, as he can deal with enemy boats and vehicles more effectively, while Michael focuses on navigating obstacles such as rocks and rapids.
Keep an eye on enemy helicopters and vehicles moving along the riverbank, eliminating them as quickly as possible. Once the chase is over, you will switch back to Michael and drive the boat to the shore, where two vehicles are waiting to complete the mission.
