my name is Theresa Marie and my Father started the first Victoria Marie Jewelers in 1976, Iv’e been in the Jewelry Business all my life, attended G.I.A in California and graduated G.J.G. specializing in diamond grading, and in fact instructed a diamond grading course at G.I.A. I went on from there to appraise seized jewelry for the Swiss Government and lived in Switzerland for many years were I owned and operated a fine Jewelry Store in Lugano Switzerland located not far from Milan and the Italian Border.
