The employment of multimaterial systems, each with distinct elastic moduli, presents a promising method for emulating this behavior. The fabrication of magnetically-actuated multimaterial fibers (MMFs) is presented, which function as artificial tendrils, allowing for reversible coiling and uncoiling in response to alternating magnetic fields. These MMFs are composed of deformed shape-memory fibers. Their cores consist of poly[ethylene-co-(vinyl acetate)] (PEV
