Mechanistically, ChIV treatment significantly alleviated sevoflurane-induced apoptotic cell and neuroinflammation. Of note, the neuroprotective effect of ChIV against sevoflurane-induced neurotoxicity through blocking NLRP3/caspase-1 pathway.
