A a 80-year-old male underwent routine transthoracic echocardiography the day after primary percutaneous revascularization procedure for ST-elevation myocardial infarction. When ultrasound contrast was injected, regular contrast-enhancement of the left ventricle (LV) excluded the presence of thrombus.
