The installers were polite, did an excellent job with the windows, and cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, they covered a few years-old holes in the wall, unrelated to the windows, for free, which may have improved my house's insulation even more than the window change. The workers were courteous, spoke English proficiently, and explained all relevant information about the windows.
