Mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases play a major role in protein translation, synthesis, and oxidative phosphorylation. We reviewed all patients diagnosed with mitochondrial aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase deficiencies diagnosed in a single neurometabolic clinic.
