All 35 patients (representing 100% of the sample) suffered a noteworthy decline in vocal quality, measured by an initial VRQOL score over 25. This decline was significantly improved at 12 weeks post-treatment with radiotherapy (p0.05). While VRQOL scores at the 12-week and 24-week points were measured, no statistically significant differences were observed.
