When Initially when i first started act as an estate agent (over 15 rice now!), buyers registered on our subscriber's list. What this actually meant was we filled out a 6 x 4 blue card with their contact details and buying criteria, then popped said card within a alphabetized drawer of about 3000 other folks. If the buyer was especially realistic and motivated, we kept no more than 30 cards on our desk (hot applicants, specials) for priority service
