Using UV-Vis spectroscopy, the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) was discovered to be centered at 390-420 nm in CYS-AgNPs; however, no LSPR was found in the NAC-AgNCs samples. The CYS-AgNPs, as determined by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), had an average particle diameter of roughly 80 nanometers, contrasting with the NAC-AgNCs, which exhibited an average particle size of approximately 20 nanometers.
