Rarely encountered, the divergent elbow dislocation features a disrupted proximal radioulnar joint, with the distal humerus lodged between the radius and ulna, causing a posterior dislocation of the forearm. A 37-year-old male patient's left elbow suffered a traumatic divergent dislocation, coupled with ipsilateral fractures of the ulnar diaphysis and radial styloid process, a case report. The elbow joint was reduced under general anesthesia, in conjunction with internal fixation of the ulnar diaphysis fracture
