This study reviews the outcomes of our reoperative total arch repair (TAR) technique using a trifurcated graft and selective antegrade cerebral perfusion (SACP). Fifty patients underwent reoperative TAR from January 2005 to September 2020, with either a one-stage (N=9), or two-stage repair (N=41).
