To mitigate calibration errors, this paper introduces a novel parameter into the conventional calibration technique. The Monte Carlo method is employed to analyze the influencing factors. Calibration of the probe's four sensors in the experiment resulted in a normal measurement error below 0.01, signifying compliance with the defined standards. The successful calibration of laser displacement sensors, and similar devices, is
