The efficacy of fluoroquinolone-based eradication therapy largely depends on the fluoroquinolone resistance of H. pylori. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in the primary resistance rate of H. pylori to fluoroquinolone and the mechanism of resistance in Korea.
