Retroperitoneal liposarcoma is a relatively rare disease, with a high recurrence rate and poor prognosis. We encountered 8 patients with retroperitoneal liposarcoma who underwent surgery in Shiga University of Medical Science Hospital. We often encounter elderly male patients without symptoms.
