Placing a bid. Each property has a listing price give bonuses when place a deal at that amount, above it, or below it. However, beware that if you offer an amount higher than the listing price and have an FHA loan, you have to pay the difference as an out of pocket price tag. For example: If the house is appraised and listed at $100,000 and offer $110,000 to outbid other buyers, you would have to pay primary difference of $10,000 out of pocket.
