Cervical thymic cysts, comprising 0.3-1% of cervical cysts in children, typically manifest during the first decade of life, although adult cases are infrequently documented. Among the cases presented, a 34-year-old female demonstrates a cervical thymic cyst. Not only that, but we also reviewed all previously reported cases.
