Combined hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma (cHCC-CCA) is a rare primary liver carcinoma whose components include both hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and cholangiocarcinoma (CCA). Indications for liver transplantation for cHCC-CCA remain controversial. Four patients underwent living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) for cHCC-CCA.
