Oops. isn't usually how it happens. When the home is listed, proprietor will probably refer anyone to their agent because (by the contract they've made) even if they do all of the work, they'll most likely still owe that agent a monetary fee. Although certain sellers FSBO their property, they nearly always offer a buyers agent
