In my experience, clientele are only looking to remedy more knowledge in that should. They are sure thinking about buying a house in earth but perhaps not right out of. So why not educate the particular client first before asking for the transaction? The bottom line is you have to tell your Realtor what your expectations are, and when he respects them certainly hold your end for the bargain too.
