Many people ask me about Limited Liability Corporations and Limited Liability Relationships. These are both fairly new entities, and as such, should not have (as of yet) their share of rules and laws using the IRS. I know don't recommend them, as they start to have little advantage on the S corporation, and may be more expensive to set higher. A savvy person can set up an S corporation fair
