In this paper, the defects of TiO2/Ag2O nanoheterojunctions are regulated to evaluate the effect of the interface defects on carrier trapping and recombination dynamics by time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy (TRPL) and time-resolved terahertz (THZ) spectroscopy.
