Before making your final choice, find out what the agent's commissions are, and will be responsible for paying the company. Typically the seller is responsible for 5% commissions, split 50/50 with the customer and homeowner. Also, find out what is together with those commissions. Will the agent do open houses on consistently? that include advertising costs?
