I did manage to invest a day looking around Casino and am still bullish during this town. Houses around $200K are selling quickly. You are able to the house on 1050 M2, put from a DA for a few units on the battle-ax offset the all over again. Units will sell for 200K and the leading house could hold the price (if market rises) at 200K. At about a 150K build for each unit (inc council contribution, holding costs and agent fees), you can get all up costs of $500k
