Ultimately, my aim in life is to help others around me take 1 step closer to their goals. In a Christian life, one of the primary goals is to move closer to Jesus. Whether in a 1-1 coaching meeting, a training session, or during one of my sermons, I intend to help each person discover their next step in the direction they believe they should be moving towards.
