Across 82 patients, the incidence of PJK and AUC by definition was as follows A= 47%, 0.47; B= 72%, 0.65; C= 49%, 0.45; D= 27%, 0.46; E= 57%, 0.62; F=27%, 0.46; G= 10%, 0.55; H= 40%, 0.71; I= 10%, 0.55. No definition was associated with postoperative ODI scores (P 0.05). The incidence of PJK significantly decreased with stricter definitions. Definitions utilizing only postoperative UIV+2 values had higher incidences but were more likely to capture patients who developed PJF. No definition was associated with postoperative ODI scores
