Some cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices equipped with left ventricular (LV) sensing can develop a specific desynchronization rhythm. Contemporary BIOTRONIK devices are designed with an algorithm called "CRT pacing interrupt" exclusively designed to record the occurrence of the specific form of desynchronization.
