The relationship between nutritional status (NS) and prognosis in metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) is currently under investigation. We anticipated that patients' NS at the time of mCRPC presentation would be reflective of future health-related quality of life (HRQoL) and overall survival (OS).
