Chronic, severe otitis media was diagnosed in four Atlantic harbor seals (Phoca vitulina concolor), three of which were stranded animals undergoing rehabilitation. All seals presented with unilateral purulent aural discharge that would intermittently recur despite prolonged topical and systemic antimicrobial therapy.
