After acid treatment, the dissolved Cu2+ ions could significantly reduce the photocurrent response due to the generation of CuxS. Under optimal conditions, the immunosensor exhibited a desirable liner range of 1 pg mL-1 - 50 ng mL-1 and a low detection limit of 0.1 pg mL-1, as well as excellent selectivity and stability.
