PURPOSE To compare the Tel-Aviv Protocol, epithelial photorefractive keratectomy (ePRK) combined with cross-linking (CXL) to CXL with alcohol assisted removal of the epithelium (Alc-CXL) for progressive Keratoconus (KC) patients.
