I possess a cheap little $6 microphone and dust and grime. But, I know a $200 mic will alleviate me having to mask my current $6 investment in toilet paper; propping it to a stand; turning my face slightly to the left and tilting my head while i record in order to obtain a good sound. As a manager, people hire someone, should a person talk rrn regards to the job's function (tasks) or if the job's plan?
