The guys at Stauko seemed nice, and I was looking forward to doing various rooms of the house with them. Luckily I started with just one room. The wood window I received, a large floor to ceiling window made in 3 parts with a door into the balcony, arrived with a big delay, and it is not the type of product I had asked for and discussed with the representative of Stauko.
