Anastomotic leaks remain the most fearful complications. We present a novel endoscopic salvage therapy known as endoscopic vacuum therapy with instillation (iEVT) as a combination of standard endoscopic vacuum therapy (EVT) and negative pressure wound therapy with instillation (iNPWT).
