Substantial disparities are evident between TAPSE and TA TDI values, especially at low TAPSE readings coupled with elevated PASP, where uncoupling becomes apparent. From our data, it appears the TA TDI s/PASP method is superior to the TAPSE/PASP ratio, providing a better understanding.
