Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is a multidrug-resistant, Gramnegative, and biofilm-forming pathogen. Information is limited concerning S. maltophilia bacteremia in children. Clinical data and microbiological test results collected in a tertiary children's hospital over a ten-year period were reviewed.
