Meanwhile customer transfers the total amount of the payment for the Notaire prior to completion (via the bank if you take out a mortgage). Be sure that of completion (I might still remember that day) the parties match the Notaire to sign anything. We couldn't go a consequence of work commitments and our completion was handled using a power of attorney (that's another story in itself)
