If you're buying the share with the users own first, factors need to have it "certificated". It's an extra, one-time cost you'll want to put lets start on. Some brokers will charge who are only $20.00 for your certificate - that's why I like ENorthern in Canada. The banks here will charge as up to $52.00 for a similar certificate. So when you're opting for brokers, remember to also check their certificate fee - not just their regular trading
