The USO expansion is a great story and brings them (and hopefully their tenants) a lot of joy. Imelda and Stephanie took charge of the Labuan location when USO commenced business in February, 2021, they were simply incredible. Opening during the severe COVID lockdown period was very difficult in 2021, however, both Ladies were determined not to let the lockdown affect the company strategically. Imelda and Stephanie’s dedication initially and the dedication of subsequent staff is inspirational and quickly resulted in the addition of 2 further sites in Labuan in June, 2022 and April, 2024.
