Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a lethal disease with a high rate of chemoresistance to temozolomide (TMZ). The aim of the study was to establish a TMZ-resistant subline from the GBM-8401 cell line to determine the mechanisms of resistance and identify novel effective therapeutics for TMZ-resistant GBM. Comparative transcriptome analysis of GBM-8401/TMZR cells and the parental line was performed using Ion Torrent sequencing. Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between the GBM-8401/TMZR and GBM-8401 cell lines were analyzed. Transc
