I did manage devote a day looking around Casino and am still bullish in regards to this town. Houses around $200K are selling quickly. You can to any house on 1050 M2, put in a DA for just two units on the battle-ax wipe out the all over again. Units will sell for 200K and the leading house could hold on-line (if market rises) at 200K. At a very 150K build for each unit (inc council contribution, holding costs and agent fees), you can get all up costs of $500k including a sell of $600K. Speak
